A landing space for visitors that reflects the ethos of this new luxury office space — “a breath of fresh air”.

As Morgan North is still under construction, they needed a semi-permanent space that would function as an educational landing zone for prospective tenants to get a sense of what the future building would have to offer – unmatched access to outdoor space (a 2-acre green roof) and an emphasis on the use of natural light and greenery to boost employee wellness. Our approach was minimalist and serene, with a priority on raw materials & modular pieces that could be reused once the space had served its purpose.
